3. Project Scheduling

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms and schedules are outlined in your contract. Generally, payments are due in stages:
Initial deposit to secure the project

5. Warranties & Workmanship
Hammell Homes guarantees the quality of our labor and installation. We provide a limited warranty on workmanship, and any product-specific warranties are honored per manufacturer terms.
Please note:
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Client-provided materials are not warrantied by Hammell Homes.
Warranty service must be requested within the warranty period.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on how much work or material procurement has already occurred.
We allow reasonable rescheduling due to weather or emergency situations, but please notify us as early as possible to avoid delays.
